Contact Circular Blueprint

A clear place to get in touch.

Corrections, source suggestions and relevant professional correspondence are welcome. Well-defined packaging enquiries may also be considered where the subject, timing and potential conflicts allow.

Messages are read personally, but responses are not immediate and not every enquiry can be accepted. An initial email does not create an advisory or client relationship.

What belongs here

Useful correspondence starts with a clear purpose.

You do not need a polished brief. A short explanation of why you are writing and what outcome you need is enough to establish whether the conversation should continue.

01

Corrections

A factual correction, broken source, changed requirement or point that needs clearer qualification in an article.

02

Source suggestions

A useful primary source, dataset or industry document relevant to packaging in Australia or New Zealand.

03

Professional correspondence

Relevant technical discussion, research context or industry correspondence with a defined subject.

04

Selected project enquiries

A specific packaging decision, audit or compliance question with enough context to assess scope and fit.

For a possible project

Five details are usually enough.

A focused first message makes a better conflict and capacity check possible. Please keep it high-level until confidentiality, scope and information handling have been discussed.

Include, where relevant:

  1. 1 Your organisation and roleEnough context to understand who is making the enquiry and identify possible conflicts.
  2. 2 The product and marketProduct category and whether the decision concerns Australia, New Zealand or both.
  3. 3 The decision you need to makeThe practical question—not only the broad topic of compliance, sustainability or cost.
  4. 4 The expected outputFor example, a review, audit, written position, workshop or bounded piece of analysis.
  5. 5 Your timing and constraintsThe genuine decision date, relevant stakeholders and any non-negotiable limitations.

What happens next

No automatic funnel. No assumed engagement.

The first message is used to decide whether further discussion is appropriate. Work only begins after scope, boundaries and terms have been agreed separately.

01

Relevance review

The subject is checked against Circular Blueprint’s ANZ packaging focus and the information provided.

02

Capacity and conflict check

Availability, timing, independence, confidentiality and potential conflicts are considered before discussing work.

03

Written scope, if appropriate

If there is a potential fit, deliverables, exclusions, information handling, timing and commercial terms are set out separately.

Before sending

Keep the first message non-confidential.

This protects both sides and allows the enquiry to be assessed before sensitive product, supplier or commercial information is disclosed.

  • Do not attach confidential specifications, formulations, drawings, contracts, pricing or unreleased product information.
  • An initial email is for triage. It is not technical advice, legal advice, certification, approval or regulatory sign-off.
  • Circular Blueprint does not guarantee availability, response time or acceptance of a proposed project.
  • No client or advisory relationship exists until a separate written agreement has been accepted by both parties.

Professional correspondence

Context first. Attachments later.
