1. Services Provided
Circular Blueprint offers packaging and sustainability consulting services online via scheduled online meetings and email communication. Services may be offered as one-off sessions or ongoing subscription-based consulting.
2. Payment Terms
One-Off Services must be paid in full, upfront via the payment link provided.
Subscription Services are billed every four weeks via Stripe. The first week is eligible for cancellation and full refund if the client does not attend the second session. If the second session is attended, the client is deemed to have accepted the service, and the full four-week payment will apply.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel subscription services at any time.
No refunds will be issued for past payments once services have been delivered.
Refunds for one-off services are not available unless required by law.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions. Circular Blueprint is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or costs resulting from advice or information provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
All services are offered in good faith and based on professional expertise. However, Circular Blueprint accepts no liability for financial, operational, or legal consequences resulting from the implementation (or non-implementation) of advice given.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction.
7. Strategic Annual Support Subscription Service
This section outlines the terms and conditions specific to the "Strategic Annual Support" subscription service ("the Service") offered by Circular Blueprint. By purchasing the Service, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
7.1. Scope of Service: The Service provides the Client with access to one (1) reserved 60-minute online meeting slot per week with a Circular Blueprint consultant. The purpose of this session is for verbal guidance, question-and-answer, and expert advice related to packaging.
7.2. Scheduling: A recurring weekly time slot will be mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the Client after the initial subscription payment. This slot will remain fixed unless a change is mutually agreed upon in writing.
7.3. Billing and Payment: The Service is provided on the basis of a 12-month commitment period, billed in advance at the rate specified on the service page. The billing cycle will be monthly at ~5,195.66 AUD (excl. GST). Payments will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at sign-up.
7.4. Cancellation Policy: The Client may cancel their subscription by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice to the Consultant via email prior to the next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
7.5. Missed Sessions: If the Client or their representatives are unable to attend a scheduled weekly session, the session is forfeited for that week. Sessions do not roll over. The subscription fee secures the availability of the consultant's time slot.
7.6. Limitation of Service: The Service is for advisory purposes only. It does not include the creation of detailed written reports, extensive research, project management, or other deliverables typically included in a formal Packaging Audit.
8. Changes to Terms
Circular Blueprint may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
