This website is operated by Circular Blueprint, a New Zealand business registered under NZBN 9429053436047. In these terms, “Circular Blueprint”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website operator.

2. Purpose of the website

Circular Blueprint publishes general information and professional commentary about FMCG packaging, materials, circularity, performance, cost, regulation and compliance in Australia and New Zealand.

The public website is maintained as a knowledge resource. It does not currently provide a public checkout or an automatically available consulting service.

3. General information—not professional advice

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, commercial or other professional advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice based on your products, packaging, supply chain, contracts and applicable obligations.

4. No client or advisory relationship

Visiting the website, reading an article, downloading publicly available material, subscribing to updates or sending an email does not create a client, consultant, adviser, fiduciary or confidential relationship with Circular Blueprint.

Any work that Circular Blueprint chooses to accept must be confirmed in a separate written agreement covering the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and other applicable terms. Neither an enquiry nor an initial discussion obliges either party to proceed.

5. Accuracy, sources and currency

We aim to publish useful, evidence-led material and to identify sources or review dates where appropriate. Packaging laws, government policy, collection systems, stewardship schemes, standards, guidance and market conditions can change, sometimes without an older article being updated immediately.

We do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose or current at the time you read it. Where content conflicts with an authoritative current source, the authoritative source should be followed.
