Circular Blueprint is a New Zealand business operating under NZBN 9429053436047. For this policy, “Circular Blueprint”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.

This policy applies to this website and direct correspondence with Circular Blueprint. It does not govern third-party websites linked from our pages.

Depending on how you interact with the website, this may include:

• your name, email address, organisation, role and the contents of a message you send;
• your email address and communication preferences if you voluntarily use an email-subscription form that is available on the website;
• correspondence, source suggestions, correction requests or other professional enquiries; and

The public website does not currently offer an active online checkout. If work is separately agreed and a third-party payment provider is used, payment-card details are handled by that provider under its own privacy terms; Circular Blueprint does not need to receive complete card details.

10. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information, subject to applicable law. You may also request deletion; whether information can be deleted will depend on applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
